Ben Ford is the Sales Manager covering Financial Institutions in the UK and Channel Islands. In this capacity he promotes JCIL's investment products and strategies. Ben has been at Janus since 2006, and was formerly the Senior Client Relationship manager for the UK. Prior to this, Ben worked at Franklin Templeton in a similar role, and before that, in a number of different roles at asset managers and stockbrokers. Ben is currently a CFA level 2 candidate. He has 11 years financial industry experience.
Tom Wainright-Lee is a Sales Manager for the UK Institutional business for Janus Capital International LTD, focusing on developing relationships with corporate and public pension funds. Tom joined Janus in February 2008 and formerly worked in business and sales strategy for the international business. He started working in Consultant Relations in August 2010 and in May 2011 was promoted to Sales Manager. Prior to joining Janus, Tom worked for BlackRock on their Risk and Quantitative Analysis team, where he conducted various statistical analyses for their fund managers. Previous to this he worked for American Express, for their Private Bank in New York. Tom holds a Bachelors of Science in Business from UMIST, is currently a CFA level 2 candidate and has 8 years financial industry experience.
Jamie Wong is the Head of Consultant Relations EMEA and Asia for Janus Capital International LTD and is responsible for overseeing and developing the firm’s business with key global and local consultants in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. She joined Janus in November 2011 from Lazard Asset Management where she was responsible for the primary relationships in London with the global consulting firms. Prior to Lazard, Jamie worked for Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Deutsche Asset Management in senior client servicing roles. Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biological basis of behaviour from University of Pennsylvania, and master’s degree in psychology from Columbia University. She has 11 years of financial industry experience.
Alan Glendon is Sales Director for UK Financial Institutions at Janus Capital International. Before joining Janus in July 2013, Alan was Head of UK Discretionary Sales at Premier Asset Management where he built up their presence in the Wholesale and Discretionary space and before that he was a Sales Director at F&C and Investec Asset Management and has 12 years of Financial Industry Experience.
Carly Norris is a Consultant Relations Manager for Janus Capital International LTD, focusing on developing relationships with key global and local Consultants. Based in the London office, her main responsibilities are to service Consultants in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Carly joined Janus in November 2008 to support the Institutional sales team and work alongside them developing relationships with corporate and public pension funds within the UK. Previous to Janus she worked at KPMG as an executive assistant. Carly holds the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) and Unit 1 of the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). Carly has 9 years of financial industry experience.
